This release includes changes to make it possible for other authenticated learners besides those who have eXtension Ids to post and edit events. Included, are also some backend configurations changes that included deployment changes. Along with this is the cleanup and removal of subscribe links per event as they were irrelevant.

This is a AaE tweak that allows people to recategorize resolved AaE questions where in the past, they could only be recategorized if they were in the submitted/unresolved state and not spam.

This release adds new calendaring functionality to add learn events to Google Calendar, and also export as ics and vcs for import to client applications such as iCalendar. Also included is a bug fix for event history and version rollback. Along with this release were some behind the scenes Rails configuration changes.
